Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance oils and perfume sprays are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or scent preference.
Opened or used products may not be eligible for return.
Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

We recommend carefully reviewing fragrance notes, scent profiles, and product descriptions before purchasing.

Allergies & Patch Testing

A patch test should always be carried out before full use of any fragrance product.

Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow and allow the fragrance to settle naturally for 24 hours before full application.

If irritation or reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

Product Appearance

Due to the nature of fragrance oils, colour variations may occur between batches. These variations do not affect the quality, scent, or performance of the fragrance.

Packaging and presentation may also vary slightly from promotional imagery shown online.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.
Parcels marked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered.
If a parcel cannot be located, customers should contact the courier directly in the first instance.

My Oud Box is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

My Oud Box shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
