Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase from My Oud. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
